Excellent service, have used to order online and had no issues and had to contact them about an issue (not their fault) an d was handled very well. Appeared very knowledgeable too. Would order from again.Having just moved house, with some confusion on my part in terms of address and postcode, it was great to see the support from the electricshop team to get it right. The product is of great value and quality (Sebo upright vacuum). DHL delivered exactly on time, next day.

We had heard that this was the best place for electronics/electrical shopping. However, we had done our homework for things we wanted to buy. Basically, the place has lots of shops under one roof. If you don’t know the prices of what you are planning to buy then hold on! We felt the shops at Pantip plaza sell at prices higher than ebay or if you are lucky then at par to ebay if you haggle to death.
